It's about time

UEG's weather engine (and many other project files listed on my page) will all receive the love and care they deserve after all these years!

GameMaker has undergone many changes which has left all of my project files in an old format. 

This is why I will be rebuilding and rebranding this precipitation engine to have better optimization, more forms of precipitation including top-down variants, and better documentation!
